We've been waiting with bated breath for Ariana Grande to officially drop her forthcoming fifth album. But while she has yet to announce its official release date, we're left to do more waiting for the accompanying visuals to the title track "thank u, next". Thankfully, Ari taught us patience.

The hitmaker promised that fans are still getting the official music video for the breakup track—her first ever No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100—when she announced that it already went platinum.

Moreover, fans arrived at the idea that the upcoming video will be Mean Girls-inspired after Ari and her friends Courtney Chipolone and Alexa Luria posted a series of IG photos captioned with quotes from the classic teen flick. And if you're a big fan of the film itself, you've probably noticed that the cover art for the single looks almost exactly the same as the iconic Burn Book!

Also there's this bathroom selfie that Ari shared a few days ago. Coincidentally, she's wearing a Mean Girls-ish pink top!

.... n I’m so good with that
