Mac Miller's cause of death has finally been revealed.

According to an autopsy report released by the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office, the 26-year-old rapper died of an "accidental overdose" with a mixture of fentanyl, cocaine and alcohol found in his system at the time of his tragic passing.

The procedure was completed three days after Miller's death and was later released to his family.
