A JOHN LENNON And YOKO ONO Biopic Is In The Works
Musical biopics seem to be the trend in Hollywood these days with upcoming films like Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody and Elton John's Rocketman hitting cinemas soon.
Another biopic is reportedly coming our way that will feature two of the most iconic and colorful figures in music. Universal Pictures is said to be working on a film about The Beatles frontman John Lennon and wife Yoko Ono with Jean-Marc Valee (Dallas Buyers Club and Big Little Lies) set to handle directorial duties.

The untitled film is said to revolve around John and Yoko's relationship. No word yet as to who will play them or if the other Beatles members will also be portrayed in the film, but it'll be interesting to see the love story of one of music's most influential pairs.
The two met in 1966 at an art gallery in London and tied the knot 3 years later which gave birth to "The Ballad of John and Yoko", The Beatles' final number one hit before they broke up in 1970.
