EMINEM's Most Memorable Feuds

Eminem has got to be one of the most controversial figures in music. The Kamikaze artist has been involved in numerous feuds in his 20-year career which were all newsmakers. People see him as an untouchable individual, with some even saying that a feud with the "Rap God" can either make or break someone's career. Quite frankly, it's a proven fact.

With that in mind, let's take a look back at some of the Real Slim Shady's high profile feuds.

Christina Aguilera. The "Genie in a Bottle" singer commented on the rapper's violent lyrics directed at his then-wife Kim. It didn't go well with Em and so Christina got a nasty shoutout on his hit song "The Real Slim Shady".

Mariah Carey. Rumors circulated in 2001 about Em's alleged romantic relationship with MC. He even referenced it in his fourth studio album The Eminem Show but she constantly denied her involvement with the rapper. Several years later, he released "Bagpipes From Baghdad" after she married Nick Cannon. The diva retaliated with the music video "Obsessed" where she was being stalked by an Eminem lookalike (also played by Mariah!)

Joe Budden. Budden heavily criticized Eminem's 2017 release Revival and the 8 Mile star wasn't having any of it. He fired back with "Fall", mocking Budden's lack of hit records and past issues of domestic violence.

Ja Rule. In 2002, Marshall Mathers found himself in the middle of an ongoing feud between 50 Cent and Ja Rule when he signed Fiddy to his Shady Records label. Em wasn't a major part of the beef but the tables turned when Ja Rule mentioned his daughter Hailie at the end of his "Loose Change" track. He came out with "Doe Rae Me (Hailie's Revenge)" proving you don't mess with any of his loved ones.

Machine Gun Kelly. His most recent and highly publicized beef was with MGK for the latter's supposed inappropriate comment on Hailie. Em took a shot at his younger counterpart in the Kamikaze track "Not Alike" while the latter released the own diss track "Rap Devil". The back-and-forth feud made headlines for weeks but it was Eminem who ultimately came out on top. A lot of people consider his response track "Killshot" to be the final nail in the feud's coffin.
