Taylor Swift has been instrumental in changing countless lives over the last couple of years with her humanitarian work. Last September 29, the singer met up with Jacob Hill, an 8-year-old boy with autism who she helped two years ago by donating $10,000 which allowed the young fella to get himself a much-needed service dog.

Autism Speaks captured the wonderful moment when the two finally met backstage after Taylor's Houston show. Allison Hill, the young boy's mother, wrote about her heartfelt gratitude for the humble superstar on the non-profit organization's Facebook account. “Taylor Swift donated $10,000 towards my son’s service dog. She gave us front row seats and backstage passes to her concert this past weekend,” Hill posted alongside pics of her son and his therapy dog Reid meeting the songstress. “Taylor Swift was so kind. She said Reid was a big puffball and so cute. She was especially awesome with Jacob.”
In other Taylor news, the "Look What You Made Me Do" hitmaker is scheduled to open the American Music Awards next week. She's set to perform "I Did Something Bad" off her Reputation album.
