Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl has been living quite a hectic life as of late. The iconic rock star just released his mini documentary "Play" last month, where he played 7 different instruments all by himself.

He's also busy touring with his band and it's amazing how he's still able to squeeze in time for his other projects.

Speaking of other projects, Grohl will be part of iconic children's show Sesame Street for its monumental 50th year.

The rock singer is set to appear on the show and perform a song with our favorite Sesame Street characters Elmo and Big Bird. The episode has yet to premiere but it already looks like it will be a whole lot of fun!

Also set to make a guest appearances on #Sesame50 are Colin Jost, Busy Philipps and Charlie Puth.

Oh my gosh, @colinjost stopped by Sesame Street! 😱 Thanks for hanging out with us! #Sesame50
