ARIANA GRANDE Posts Touching Tribute To Ex MAC MILLER
A week has gone since the passing of hip-hop artist Mac Miller from a suspected drug overdose. Celebrities and musicians have since shared their thoughts on social media about their fellow artist's tragic death.
Amid criticism from some of his fans, ex-girlfriend Ariana Grande was reportedly "heartbroken" over his death and posted a captionless black and white photo of the rapper on her social media account. But now, a week later, Ariana Grande has finally addressed his death in public with a touching tribute to her “dearest friend” on Instagram.
“I adored you from the day I met you when I was nineteen, and I always will,” the pop star wrote. “I can’t believe you aren’t here anymore. I really can’t wrap my head around it.”
“You were my dearest friend,” she shared. “I’m so sorry I couldn’t fix or take your pain away. I really wanted to. The kindest, sweetest soul with demons he never deserved. I hope you’re okay now. Rest.”
Ariana Grande tribute was a video of Mac Miller during what seems like a dinner date with her. Miller can be seen sporting a sweatshirt with the line “Everything Will Be Ok” printed on it.
