It wasn't long ago when English synth-pop duo HONNE visited the country, but it seems like one of its members James Hatcher - has already made memories with their Filipino fans that he will never ever forget.
Having had the chance to perform in front of thousands of crowd at the Wanderland Music & Arts Festival 2017, we asked one-half of the duo - James Hatcher - as to what their fondest memory of their first visit to the country was during a MYXclusive phone interview.
"My favorite moment was just on stage and when we looked out and we saw all these faces singing our songs like Woman, Warm On A Cold Night and Good Together or something. And it's always very touching for us when we people sing along," he told MYXph.com
"When you're from England, you start off in a band and all you sort of think is a gig in London or whatever. But then, it's incredibly special to be up there and tell my love for the Philippines and its people. It's really, really great."
James, who posed with Andy in front of a jeepney during their visit to the Philippines, shared how they managed to take a photo with the popular local public transport vehicle.
"No, we didn't actually. We stopped at a traffic light and we're like 'Yo, can we have picture in front of your car?' He was a really cool guy," he said.
No worries, James. You and Andy still got plenty of time to ride a jeepney when you come and visit us next week!
HONNE is set to join Anderson .Paak in Karpos Live's Mix 1.2 show on July 24 at the ABS-CBN Vertis Tent.
