LOOK: J.K. ROWLING Apologizes For Killing Beloved "Harry Potter" Character!
"Harry Potter" author J.K. Rowling previously expressed regret for killing off several fan favorites including Fred Weasley and Remus Lupin. But the Potterverse creator is not done yet as she apologized for the death of Severus Snape.
Played in the movies by the late Alan Rickman, the Potions Professor was ultimately proven to be a hero in the final installment Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Check out JK's tweet below!
OK, here it is. Please don't start flame wars over it, but this year I'd like to apologise for killing (whispers)... Snape. *runs for cover*— J.K. Rowling (@jk_rowling) May 2, 2017
Unfortunately, this did not pacify Potterheads who reminded the bestselling writer about other "unforgivable" deaths!
@jk_rowling I'm too mad about Sirius's death still to accept this... He couldn't catch a break once in his life. Justice for Sirius.— Mary (@dangerousatc) May 2, 2017
@jk_rowling yeah but why'd you kill all the hufflepuffs though? Justice for hufflepuffs— Calum McSwiggan (@CalumMcSwiggan) May 2, 2017
Whose death do you wish J.K. apologizes for? Tell us in the comments!
