WATCH: TAYLOR SWIFT Returns To Nashville For A Surprise Performance
Taylor Swift did a surprise performance in Nashville where she started her career.
The 28-year-old hitmaker made an unexpected appearance at the Bluebird Cafe and sang some of her hits including acoustic renditions of "Love Story" and "Shake It Off" to about 40 patrons in the iconic venue.
"I wanted to say a big thank you to the Bluebird Cafe," she said. "I think any songwriter in town would echo my sentiments and say that this is kind of the only place where this exists - this particular place where you get to come and hear the writer's take on the songs they've put out into the world."
Her performance was filmed for a documentary in honor of the club's 35th anniversary, The Tennessean said.
Taylor also sang "Better Man" which she wrote for country music group Little Big Town. Watch her performance below:
