It looks like there's no taking away the Swiftie in American Idol judge Katy Perry. One may doubt her sincerity though if you're one to follow their infamous feud but apparently, the singer gets how fans feel as she loves Taylor Swift, too!
During a recent episode of the singing competition, contestant was asked who his idol is and apologized to Katy for saying, "Taylor Swift. I love Taylor Swift."
No worries for the popstar, though. "Oh. you don't have to be sorry," she responded. "I love her as a songwriter as well." Hear it straight from Katy below:
