To commemorate Linkin Park frontman Chester Bennington's 42nd birthday on March 20th, his wife Talinda requested fans to share photos holding up their hands with the words "I AM THE CHANGE" written on them.
To honor @ChesterBe Bday-I’m asking you to Change Direction. On March 20th,Post a pic holding up your hand 🤚, which symbolizes you know the 5 signs of emotional well-being. The "Change Direction" initiative aims "to change the culture about mental health, mental illness, and wellness." It intends to help people recognize the five signs of emotional suffering—personality change, agitation, withdrawal, decline in personal care, and hopelessness—and help one's self and others who may be in the same situation.
Talinda launched the "Change Direction" after the world lost Chester to suicide on July 20 last year.
Let's all join the campaign and make Chester proud!
