Two years ago, 5 Seconds of Summer's Michael Clifford took courage to speak up on his mental health struggle and revealed meeting with a therapist to fix his "problems".
"It was the best thing I ever did," the guitarist said reflecting back to that day. He also gave an advice to people who also suffer from mental health problems to "be open and honest", and break barriers in order to heal.

And while progress may be gradual, Michael guaranteed that far out there, people who love you will support you every step of the way.
but change is gradual and there is no quick fix to anything relating to mental health, just know you're not alone & things do get better— michael popcorn (@Michael5SOS) October 11, 2017
We are proud of you, Michael and to all those who bravely face the same battle!
