LOOK: TOM PETTY Passes Away After Suffering From Cardiac Arrest
American singer-songwriter and rock legend Tom Petty passed away after being found unconscious in his home in Malibu last Sunday by his wife Dana York. He suffered from a cardiac arrest and was then rushed UCLA Santa Monica Hospital. The tragic news was confirmed by Tony Dimitriades, the longtime manager of his band, Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers. He was 66.
There were even inaccurate reports that Tom already passed away earlier when he was still fighting for his life. It was clarifeid that the 66-year old artist was only pulled off from life support and was in critical condition.
