LOOK: MADONNA Slammed By Netizens For Manchester Tribute Post
Madonna is being slammed for her allegedly "narcissistic" tribute to the Manchester attack victims.
The pop star posted on Instagram a photo of her and Ariana Grande, who was performing at the Manchester Arena the night it was bombed. The caption says, "Thank goodness my friend is OK. Let's all pray for the innocent victims who are not ok. For their families and for Manchester."
Netizens were criticizing the music icon, claiming her post was conceited and that she should be prioritizing those who lost their lives.
@Madonna I think the wording of this is poor. Be mindful, as a parent, of those burying their children over the next week.— Michelle Edmondson (@chellesinoz) May 24, 2017
@Madonna Narcissism at it's best!!!??— PEACABOO (@BESTPEACABOO) May 24, 2017
@Madonna Nice way to make it all about you. You know Arianna. We get it.— Tara O. (@Cybertara_World) May 24, 2017
Reality star Kim Kardashian West was also accused of posting a now-deleted "inappropriate" photo of her and Ariana.
