Never ones to miss a beat, Barbz all over the world went into a state of frenzy after Nicki Minaj seemingly confirmed that her upcoming fifth album will be a sequel to her 2010 debut album Pink Friday.

Nicki first tweeted "MEMORIES" with a checkmark emoji. Fans were quick to assume that it's either the title of the lead single or the rap icon's new record. A few minutes later, she shared another vague tweet: "PF2".

Nicki's last album Queen was released in August 2018. Most recently, she teamed up once again with frequent collaborator and controversial rapper 6ix9ine on "Trollz" which became her second No. 1 hit on the Billboard Hot 100 after hopping on Doja Cat's TikTok-fueled hit "Say So".
