By now, you probably know that NIKI, Rich Brian, and Joji of the growing Asian artist collective and record label 88rising will be performing at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival this April for the first time. Also listed on the lineup is a special show from the crew titled "Double Happiness." Indeed, it's going to be one—or rather, two—insane weekends for music fans!
And as if that's not enough good news, Rich Brian confirmed on his Twitter page that he will be releasing new music in the months leading up to the big event.
Here's to hoping NIKI and Joji will follow their labelmate's lead and release new music, too.
Aside from 88rising's so-called "holy trinity," the two-weekend festival also boasts of performances from a handful of Asian artists like Japanese singer Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, Korean boy groups BIGBANG and Epik High—the first-ever South Korean act to take the Coachella stage.
