Lionsgate's 2017 Power Rangers reboot didn't exactly power up the franchise, but that won't stop the folks over at Saban from finding ways to keep the iconic brand's legacy alive.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, a new Power Rangers film is under development with director Jonathan Entwistle of The End of the F***ing World rumored to helm the project. And just like the OG Mighty Morphin' series, the new reboot will be set in the 90s! Now, that's one good step in the right direction.
The 1993 series' lead star Jason David Frank aka the Green/White Ranger approves of the upcoming reboot but he does have one suggestion: his inclusion in the cast! We're all for it, JDF!
Other details about the project have yet to be disclosed.
