Blackpink is the revolution, eh? After edging out BTS for fastest K-pop music video to reach 10 million views by just three minutes, the girl group also slayed the record of Ariana Grande's Internet-breaking "thank u, next" video.
The fierce visuals for the girls' comeback single "Kill This Love" reached 56.7 million views in 24 hours since its premiere, over a million more than Ariana's 55.4 million. Today, four days after the video landed online, "Kill This Love" already has over 121 million views.
As if that wasn't enough, a YouTube representative confirmed with Billboard that the music video premiere "set an all time record for the biggest YouTube Premiere with over 979,000 peak concurrents."
Oh, and just in case you weren't aware, Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé and Lisa also hold the title for most viewed music video from a Kpop group for "Ddu-Du Ddu-Du" with over 743 million views.
Indeed, Blackpink is the revolution!
