The Woodstock Music Festival will mark its return after 10 years and the 2019 edition of the event is set to be a grand spectacle as it will also coincide with the golden anniversary of the original 'Woodstock'.
The artist lineup for the August event will see the gathering of some of today's biggest and finest musical acts, with Miley Cyrus, The Killers, Chance The Rapper, Imagine Dragons, Jay-Z and Halsey all set to headline the 3-day extravaganza.
It will also see the return of Carlos Santana, John Fogerty, Country Joe McDonald, Melanie, Canned Heat, Dead & Company and Hot Tuna who all played at the original Woodstock in 1969.
But the lineup is causing so much controversy on social media and instead of being in a festive mood for the upcoming show, fans are expressing their disappointment over the choice of artists they went with. Some even say the lineup is pretty underwhelming and couldn't help but compare it with the previous editions of the festival. Whoa.
Woodstock 50 happens from August 16-18 at Watkins Glen, New York.
