A lot of musicians often get stereotyped and misjudged for the way they look, sound and present themselves to the public eye and Parokya Ni Edgar main guy Chito Miranda is standing up for his fellow artists in an attempt to break the stigma surrounding rock stars.
Chito took to social media to share a little story about his friends from Kamikazee, Queso and Greyhoundz – even exposing to the world a side of them not many of us are aware of.
In a heartfelt Facebook post, Chito said, "Akala ng karamihan, basta may banda na mabigat ang tugtugan tapos tadtad ng tattoo, masama na agad ang ugali. Feeling nila, mga siga at basagulero o kaya adik."
He added, "Di nila alam, na kung sino pa yung inaakala nilang barumbado, sila pa yung sobrang mapagmahal sa kaibigan, sa girlfriend, sa asawa, at sa pamilya. Totoo din naman, grabe kami pagdating sa kalokohan...pero mas solid kami pagdating sa pagmamalasakit namin sa mga mahal namin sa buhay."
Chito ended the post by saying, "O...eto yung mga sinasabi nyong mga basag-ulo na members ng Kamikazee, Queso, at Greyhoundz." And he has proof to back his statements up. Check out the post below!
