UP Fair ROOTS 2019 was a massive Valentine’s Day spectacle. The UP Sunken Garden was packed with concertgoers, with or without dates, all for the love of good vibes and good music!

VJ Ai and VJ Samm hosted the early evening portion of the event.

I Belong To The Zoo (who performed in almost all of the UP Fair 2019 events) belted out his breakout hit “Sana” in front of the Valentine’s Day crowd.

In case you didn’t know, Imago has a new vocalist and UP Fair Roots was her first ever gig! Meet their new lead singer, Kiara San Luis!

Everyone was all smiles when The Ransom Collective played! The band also gave away stickers to the crowd.

Never The Strangers played their new songs “Shadow Show” and “Wag Nating Sayangin”, a track perfect for the Mental Health awareness theme of the event. Of course they serenaded fans with their hit “Moving Closer”.

Rivermaya got everyone screaming and jumping as they took the stage. Who would not sing along to “Elesi”, “Hinahanap-Hanap Kita”, “Liwanag Sa Dilim”, and “Kisapmata” right? They also played a little bit of Bamboo's “Noypi” with Nathan Azarcon on vocals.

Franco is one of the most sought after acts at UP Fair every year and they didn't disappoint their fans on ROOTS 2019! The crowd went wild for “Better Days” and “Song For The Suspect”.

Making the night even more special was Southborder who extended their amazing set because the crowd wanted more! They played “Rainbow” and everything’s full of color all of a sudden.

Shirebound and Busking also treated the UP Fair Roots audience with a lovely acoustic set.

Mayonnaise played their third straight UP Fair night on ROOTS 2019 and they made sure that everyone rocked out to their set! They even requested the crowd to make a circle pit and mosh!

Hale was also one of the most awaited bands in the lineup and they impressively performed their hits “Kung Wala Ka”, “The Day You Said Goodnight”, and “Kahit Pa”! Iit's always a fun time playing on the UP Fair stage according to the band.

Closing the ROOTS music festival is Munimuni, armed with their hits “Sa’yo”, “Sa Hindi Pag-Alala”, and their latest “Kalachuchi”.
